In 7 sessions, you'll explore 7 categories of tea, regional differences, the art of the centuries-old practice of gong fu cha (technique and choreography), and more. Each session is 2.5 hours for a total of 17.5 hours of instruction. This course is for a minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 participants. SEK 7525 per student for a total of 7 sessions, if booked separately. A minimum of 2 participants is necessary to run the course in its entirety. 72-hour notice for rescheduling. VAT) Before and after your tea session: 1. be sure to eat a light meal prior to the session to buffer the natural acidity of the tea. 2. do not wear heavy perfumes or lipsticks as these will interfere with the aroma and taste of tea. 3. drink plenty of water to rehydrate after your session, as tea is a natural diuretic. 4. do not schedule anything for 2 hours after your session. Instead, plan to relax, allowing body and mind to absorb the energy of tea.
